fLORIDA RATES,FEES & iNSURANCE

TRANSPARENT PRICING FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND.

 Summit Therapy LLC is not currently in-network or credentialed with insurance payors in the state of Florida. We offer the following cash rates and are happy to provide a  superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement, depending on your coverage.

Intake/Assessment and Evaluation: (up to 90 minutes) $300

Individual Psychotherapy:(up to 60 minutes) $200

Individual - Mini Therapy Session: (up to 30 minutes) $100

Couples Psychotherapy: (up to 50 minutes) $250

Family Psychotherapy:(up to 60 minutes) $250

Cancellation policy:

Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our patients. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current patient, a patient on the waitlist, or a patient with a clinical emergency. A full session fee will be charged for a missed or late cancelled appointment without giving 24 hours advance notice. Sessions can be cancelled ahead of time through the patient portal.
